Dita brings more than 30 years working with national and international law firms. Her background spans legal practice, senior executive search, leadership development, business development coaching and strategic advisory.
What distinguishes Dita’s advisory work is the lens she brings from legal recruitment. Having placed more than 100 partners across national and international firms over her career, including placements that contributed directly to merger activity and over $100 million in revenue growth for client firms, she understands intimately what makes lawyers succeed or stall at a leadership and commercial level. She has seen what firms get right, when they grow, and what costs them dearly when they don’t.
